Erin and Leigh-Ann met in 2012 while working at Whole Foods Market, where their friendship quickly turned into ongoing conversations about one thing: hair. Despite the explosion of new hair care lines, finding products that were clean, effective, and actually made curly hair look moisturized and healthy felt nearly impossible.
So naturally, they joked about creating their own. That joke turned into late nights, kitchen experiments, a few very wrong formulas, and months of research. What started as a half-serious idea eventually became 2 Girls with Curls.
